You should first try using the Banner INB Password Reset tool on Internal. If that doesn't work, you will need to call the Helpdesk (x4357) to have a work order entered.
Go to your H: drive and the Banner icons should be in a folder called "Banner ICONS". Simply drag the icon from there to your desktop.
You can go to CyberFriar, enter your Banner ID number in the User ID field and then click the Forgot Pin? button. If that doesn't work or you don't know your Banner ID, you should call Human Resources at 865-2341.

Your computer was likely visited by a technician from IT. You simply need to change the username from administrator to your own username and change the box that says "Log onto:" to PROVIDENCE. Enter your password and you should be good to go!
Be sure you check your power strip to make sure you didn't accidentally step on the power switch turning off power to your computer and monitor. If that's not the issue, you will need to call the Helpdesk (x4357) and enter a work order.
