CompUtopia

CompUtopia has an office on campus. They will support all problems on any computer that has Comp-U-Care coverage. Additionally, CompUtopia will support computers that were not purchased through them and are not currently under a warranty with another company. However, they do charge for support on computers not under their Comp-U-Care coverage.

If you are unsure whether or not your computer falls under the support of the Helpdesk, feel free to contact the Helpdesk or bring your computer to the Helpdesk. Someone will look at it and let you know if you need to bring it elsewhere. At the very least, the Helpdesk can troubleshoot any problem to give you an idea of what is wrong with your computer.

ResNet

The Helpdesk is always able to support student computers during the hours of 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm Sunday through Thursday nights. If you have a problem with your computer, you can bring it to the Helpdesk during those hours and someone will be able to assist you while you want.

If you require support outside of those hours, you should call the Helpdesk at 865-HELP prior to bringing your computer to the Helpdesk to make sure someone is there who will be able to assist you.
