Grad Student Accounts

If you are a student in Professional Studies, you are eligible for a Providence College email account. If you wish to sign up for one, you must read our Acceptable Usage Policy and fill out and sign a form agreeing to the policy.

Once you have filled out the form, please send it by mail to:

You can also deliver the form by hand to the Graduate Studies Office in Harkins Hall Room 421.

The form, as well as the Acceptable Usage Policy, is linked below as a PDF file. You must read the Acceptable Usage Policy before sending in your signed form. If the forms are not completed in full, we cannot grant you an email account.

In lieu of obtaining a Providence College email account, you can use your own personal account. However, the college requests that you inform us of this account. You can do this by logging into CyberFriar and updating your email account information under the Student Services and Financial Aid section.
