| Job Title 2: Holiday Program Coordinator Job Description: Assists with the management of our Thanksgiving Basket and Adopt-A-Family programs at the Smith Hill Center in the following duties: • Solicit food and gift donations • Organize food drives • Interview and sign up program recipients • Maintain program database • Greet and assist honors with drop off of food and presents • Coordinate and distribute food baskets and gifts to recipients • Coordinate donor appreciation thank you cards Special Skills: Ability to lift a maximum of 40 lbs and to stand, bend, and twist consistently. Ability to communicate effectively and positively with clients, donors, volunteers, and staff. Coordinator must be protective of client and donor privacy.
