How to recover lost temp documents from a lab machine.

The directory for a temporary file on a lab machine is hidden.  To view it you must follow these steps.

1. Go to the following directory: C:\Documents and Settings\labuser\Local Settings\Temp

2. Under Tools>Folder Options>View>Hidden Files or Folders, select the option for Show Hidden Files or Folders

You should see the lost temp file now as long as the lab machine has not been reset. 

To avoid having to do this ALWAYS save email attachment files to the desktop or your networked drive G:\ when using a lab machine.
