If you wish to reserve a lab for a semester-long course, you must submit a request through the Office of Enrollment Services at x2396 or scheduling@providence.edu.
If you wish to reserve a lab for a single class during the semester, you must contact Raeann Straube at x2345.
Student organizations wishing to use a computer lab for a meeting or event must reserve the lab through the SAIL office.
Yes. The Phillips Memorial Library has 3 computer clusters available for student use. These computers have the same programs as the IT computer labs.
There are also 5 computer kiosks in the lower level of Slavin Hall at the bottom of the stairs across from the ATM machines and the PC Bookstore. These computers are only meant for checking email and looking up your course schedule. Please limit your use of these computers during times of high traffic, such as at the beginning of each semester.
Several academic departments have their own computer labs. These labs are staffed by the respective department and are not for general computer use.
Printing on campus is free. The computer labs have black and white laser printers. You can print only from the computers in the lab. At this time we do not allow students to print to the lab printers from their own computers.

Albertus Magnus 102 will close at 8:00 pm Monday through Thursday and will be closed on weekends.
Only the Accinno labs will be open until 8:00 pm on Fridays, all other labs will close at 6:00 pm on Fridays.
